Estimates and Pricing

Quotes provided by Reedistry are estimates based on information available at the time of evaluation.

Additional work requested by the client may result in revised pricing.

Historical Accuracy

Genealogy research and historical investigations rely upon available records and sources.

Reedistry cannot guarantee:

* Complete family histories
* Discovery of specific ancestors
* Identification of living relatives
* Accuracy of third-party records

Research conclusions are based upon the best available evidence at the time.

Photo Restoration Disclaimer

Photo restoration is both a technical and artistic process.

While Reedistry strives to preserve authenticity and likeness, results may vary depending upon:

* Image quality
* Damage level
* Missing detail
* Available reference materials

When significant portions of an image are missing or deteriorated, reconstruction may require artistic interpretation.

Customer Materials

Clients retain ownership of all photographs and materials submitted.

By submitting materials, clients confirm they possess the legal right to use and share those materials.

Reedistry will not publish, display, or use client photographs, family records, or project materials for marketing or portfolio purposes without client permission.

Limitation of Liability

Reedistry shall not be liable for:

* Indirect damages
* Consequential damages
* Lost profits
* Emotional distress related to research findings
* Inaccuracies contained within historical records maintained by third parties

Intellectual Property

Website content, logos, branding, and original Reedistry materials remain the property of Reedistry unless otherwise stated.
