About This Restoration

The original photograph depicts a winter day in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire during the 1930s. Snow-covered streets, early automobiles, storefronts, utility lines, and pedestrians provide a glimpse into everyday life in small-town New England nearly a century ago.

The goal of this restoration was not to modernize the image, but to preserve it. Dust, fading, and age-related degradation were corrected while maintaining the photograph’s historic authenticity.
